I really love this award. We bloggers who blog to keep in touch with our friends, feel the need to ramble on the latest book, movie or the event in our lives, Just HAVE to write, need each other sometimes to authenticate our worth.
In fact, I know we are not the best, there are loads of writers out there that I wish to discover, read and relish. I am giving this award to these people more in spirit of friendship, I know. But I love them (and all the writers I follow) and need them for my daily sustenance. I read you all daily, and try to imbibe your good things and try to avoid your pitfalls.
A special thanks to A rose is a rose is a rose who is uber stylish, encyclopedic and has a lovely knack of keeping all her readers in her loop.
Our foot is in the door,
One day we shall inherit the earth.

Hi Avdi. i saw your comments in Captain Anup Murthy's blog and this is just to say i adore Gerald Durrel's books too. So, High-Five !
ReplyDeleteThank you for the award, but I was appalled at the thought that the award came with super-tags (8 things about everything & an alphabet thingy too)
ReplyDeleteTwo visits later, scratching my head at this dubious distinction (akin to a person invited to dinner to recieve an award but has to make a speech in return) it struck me that the taggings were part of the next post. So in the words of Gerald Durrell, (May his soul rest in animal peace)..
"Pimpla hog & t'ank ee God!"
thanky
Shy - Thanks girl !
